Thomley was conceived in 1997 by parents of children with autism and complex needs. Many of these families felt excluded from mainstream leisure facilities and wanted to create a safe, fun and inclusive place to spend time together. A place where the staff and other visitors would be understanding and supportive, and everyone would be welcomed.

They have a select Open For All days through the year which welcome everyone with or without additional needs.  Thomley delivers a huge programme of activities from their  eight-acre site on the Buckinghamshire / Oxfordshire border.

The Open For All Days are great fun with lots of activities both indoors and out.  From arts and crafts, to great outdoor playground, indoor soft play, music room, sensory room and more.  There are also extra activities set up which can be anything from giant bubbles to sumo suit wrestling!
