Bumps in Bloom offer supportive and nurturing classes for pregnancy, birth, baby and parenting.
Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes run on Mondays, term time, in Stockton Heath near Warrington.
Nurturing Baby Massage
A gentle and empowering weekly class for mums and baby from 5 weeks old to 6 months old.
In our Nurturing Buds – Baby Massage classes you will learn the wonderful skill of how to use baby massage and movement to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. As well as postnatal movement to aid mums’ recovery and we always finish with some time to relax.
Being a new mum is amazing but can also be a little scary and overwhelming at times. You may find that you doubt yourself, or question if you are doing it right. Being around other mums at the same stage as you, whilst learning invaluable tools to support you through the early weeks and months, is exactly what Nurturing Buds – Baby Massage is all about. Supporting you through this special time, as you adjust to life with a newborn.
My classes are small, relaxed and welcoming. And whilst the star of the show is of course your little one, we also take time to focus on you and your postnatal recovery. I use my knowledge and experience to help you navigate the first months of being a new parent. Baby Massage is such a lovely activity to enjoy with your baby as well as having lots of benefits for both of you.
Nurturing Baby Yoga
A fun a lively weekly class for parent and baby from around 16 weeks to 12 months old.
Each week we discover ‘What’s in the Box’ with a different theme based on the Usborne ‘That’s Not My …’ books. You can be sure no two weeks will be the same!
When it comes to life with a baby, undoubtedly these busy days (of dealing with teething, weaning, sleep deprivation, maybe even a more mobile baby who needs increased stimulation) may see any number of emotions, such as joy, anxiety, delight, fatigue, happiness, uncertainty, isolation or even low mood or challenging feelings. Importantly, Nurturing Blossoms – Baby Yoga helps new families to enjoy a fun, safe and supported first few months with baby, while you continue to figure it out together.
Baby Yoga is a fun way of bonding with baby through play. Studies have shown that Baby Yoga can have many benefits for both parent/caregiver and baby.
